• Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

• Refund is valid only if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.

• If any downloadable resources (Excel tools, checklists, guides) have been accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be issued.

• Refunds apply only to purchases made directly via our official course platform.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• After 7 days of enrollment.

• If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

• If downloadable resources (Excel, PDFs, checklists) have been accessed.

• If the purchase was made via special promotions, coupon codes, or bundles.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to support@altinvest.in with subject “Refund Request”.

• Include your full name, registered email, and payment reference ID.

• Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

​

• If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.

• Processing time: 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

• Once a refund is issued, your access to the course and resources will be revoked.
